Founded in 2026 to run Philippine chess openly — one rating list, one set of books, one rule for everyone.
What we are for
Filipino chess has never lacked talent. What it has lacked is a governing body whose finances, ratings and elections a member can inspect without asking permission. NUCFP exists to be that body: every rating change is shown with its arithmetic, every peso of entry fee is assigned to a published line, and every board decision is minuted and posted.

Publish first
If a document would be released on request, it is released without one. Nothing waits for a member to ask.

A rating is a claim about a player. Every claim on this site comes with the games and the maths behind it.
One rule for everyone
Same entry fees, same rating formula, same appeal process, whether a player is from Manila or Tawi-Tawi.
Where we are
All 18 regions have a director and a published share of the development budget.
