NUCFP publishes the first fully open rating list in Philippine chess
Every rating change now carries the opponent, the expected score and the arithmetic behind it. Anyone can check any number on the list.

The federation has published its first national rating list, covering every registered player across all eighteen regions in Standard, Rapid and Blitz.
What makes this list different is not its size. It is that every single number on it can be taken apart. Open any player's profile, move to the Calculations tab, and you will find each rated game they played: the opponent, that opponent's rating at the time, the colour, the result, the development coefficient, and the expected score. The change applied is simply K multiplied by the difference between the actual and expected score, rounded to the nearest whole point.
That is not a summary of the calculation. It is the calculation. A member with a pocket calculator can reproduce every rating on this site from the games shown, and we invite them to.
"The question I was asked most often as an organiser was a simple one," said the chair of the Ratings Commission. "A player would see their rating drop and ask why. The honest answer used to be that the arithmetic sat in a file nobody outside the office could open. That is the part we have changed."
Ratings are published on the first working day of each month. The list closes on the last day of the preceding month, and every tournament rated in that window appears on the tournament page with its full standings and each player's rating change.
